Official Tribute Site for Late Pro Wrestler Tiger Khan Launched
/UCWE/ - Recently we reported that death of the independent professional wrestler Marlon Kalkai who went under the moniker "Tiger Khan". As far as we know he passed away suddenly in California of a heart attack, his family travelled to California shortly afterwards to claim his body.

He has since been cremated and is now with his family in Florida, where they had a close knit ceremony. Kalkai was a very talented wrestler and actually had a shot at stardom if he had been given the break that he needed to prove himself.

This is the long road that many independent wrestlers face as they either work locally or travel a circuit in search of that shot at stardom. It is not always a fairytale ending and for the most part a huge percentage of independent wrestlers never make it to the top.

So they work for little to no pay and put their body's on the line in hopes of a scout for a larger organization discovering them.

So the story of Tiger Khan is one of those tragic tales of a young independent pro wrestler with the potential to make it big in the business having his life cut short prior to him realizing his dream.

UCW Entertainment has launched the Official Tiger Khan Tribute Website which can be found at www.tigerkhantribute.com , this is where you can find photos, interviews, articles, audio and video as it relates to Marlon Kalkai aka Tiger Khan. Of course items are still being added so it is a work in progress. We will be getting items from the family to feature on the site as well, as it celebrates the man that was not only a name on the independent pro wrestling circuit but he was also a friend and a part of the UCW family.

Also, this Monday the pro wrestling journalist and editor of "Wrestling Then and Now", Evan Ginzburg will be having a live radio tribute to Tiger Khan between 9pm and 11pm EST. For more information go to www.wrestlingthenandnow.com
