/UCWE/ - Avarice is hip hop. Born and raised in NY, Av began his evolution as a lyricist. Influenced by all time greats such as Rakim, Nas, D.O..C., and Redman, Av focused on wordplay and ingenuity, always raising the bar lyrically. Unfortunately, legal issues led to his arrest in California, and a 3 year sentence ensued. During his incarceration Av stayed busy, writing the majority of the material that eventually
became his debut album, 'The Evidence of Things Unseen'..........

Currently Av resides in the 203 and besides performing in and around Connecticut, is completing his 2nd album tentatively titled 'The Fire Next Time' http://ironhorsemusic.net/avarice.cfm
